Sometimes, although you have uploaded or sent all necessary documents for your registration and the appointment of the LEAR of your organisation, delays may occur.
Once LEAR data are encoded in database:
- The LEAR's name and email address are sent to service desk for creation of the LEAR account.
- LEAR's name and email shall match name and email address of the known ECAS account. In case of a new LEAR or a new email, a new account is needed.
- REA confirms the LEAR appointment.
- PIN code is sent by service desk via postal mail. In case the PIN code does not arrive on time, you can sent n urgent request.
!! Urgent request for PIN code: submit your request to the H2020 Helpdesk.
!! Alternatively for problems with the participant portal submit your questions to the IT Helpdesk (e.g. forgotten passwords, access rights and roles, technical aspects of submission of proposals or reports etc.)
