In this page you can find all presentations from the TH2020 events on Legal and Financial Issues held in Istanbul on 12-13 May 2016 (FG3) and in Ankara on 9-10 November 2017 (FG6). The events were a 2 day event and covered various issues. The agendas of the event were slightly different but in essence the following areas were covered in both events.

• Understanding the structure and philosophy behind the programme: the new focus on Innovation
• Turkey's participation in FP7 and H2020

2 / FUNDING SCHEMES - The different types of projects (instruments)

• Financing rules
• Administrative and financial procedures
• Direct and indirect cost calculation

3 / CONSORTIUM BUILDING

• Legal basis: Model Grant Agreement (GA) and Consortium Agreement (CA)
• Management obligations of the coordinator and other beneficiaries deriving from GA and CA

4 / THE PROPOSAL PHASE

• Administrative and cost data required
• Direct and indirect costs (including personnel, subcontracting, travel and subsistence, equipment, purchase of goods and services)
• The Electronic Proposal Submission System (EPSS)
• Registration of partners through the Unique Registration Facility System (URF) - e-signatures

5 / RUNNING PROJECTS: CLAIMING COSTS

• Monitoring and reporting cost
• Cost statements: Form C and e-signatures
