How does our Helpdesk work (FAQ)?

This is a live system supported by our group of Key and Non-Key Experts on Horizon 2020. We hope the following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) give you a first idea of the service.

1. How do I submit a question?

You can submit a question in one of the following ways:

1. Send an email to [e-mail].
2. Submit your question in: helpdesk.turkeyinh2020.eu
3. Use the "Support" button at the bottom of our home page.

2. Do I need to register?

No, this is not necessary. Typically only your email is needed so we can get back to you. However, if you register it will help you make the most of the system and allow us to support you in a better way.

3. How do I register?

Registration takes place in our website (TurkeyinH2020.eu). Regardless from where you start, you'll be redirected there. Not a lot of data are mandatory but the more you give the better we can identify your needs.

You do not need to register twice. Registration is the same (Single-sign on) for both our web site and the help desk.

4. What can I ask?

Ask anything related to IPR, legal or Financial Issues or Horizon 2020 proposals and projects. We'll do our best to provide you with a cross checked reply, as long as what you ask is within the domain of Horizon 2020 Research Programme.

5. How fast should you expect a reply?

If the question is related to our events (registration issues, attendance etc.) we'll try to respond within the next day. 

In more complicated issues where we have to cross check information with others (TUBITAK, European IPR Helpdesk or the EC) then we'll reply to you within 5 working days.

6. What if the question is not under our responsibilities?

Our project follows some strict operation rules. We work together with TUBITAK and we have to comply with specific procedures. In any case, we’ll do our best to help you identify a path to solve your problem.

7. What about Privacy?

We keep a record of your question to our system and we may use this question and reply to prepare a generic answer. In any case we will not reveal any data or information regarding you or your project. We have in place a detailed privacy policy which you can find in our main web site. Should yo have any questions please let us know and know.

8. Will my information remain confidential?

Of course. We treat everything you say or write to us as fully confidential. We will never make use of, or share any information to third parties (other than our employees or our Experts). These confidentiality rules will remain into effect even after the completion of the project.
