Horizon Europe – BATTERIES: Towards a competitive European industrial battery value chain for stationary applications and e-mobility
This is the page dedicated for our Focus Group Training (Webinar) Horizon Europe – BATTERIES: Towards a competitive European industrial battery value chain for stationary applications and e-mobility.
The event takes place on 14-15 June 2021 at 10:30 am under the “Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II” Technical Assistance Project.
We have the honour to invite you to our Focus Group Training (Webinar) which will be organised by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) under the “Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II” Technical Assistance Project which is co-financed by the EU and the Republic of Turkey and implemented by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology within the scope of Competitive Sectors Programme.
The event is an introductory event targeting potential participants in Horizon Europe framework programme with little or no experience, as well as more experienced researchers that would like to learn about the new Horizon Europe Batteries Partnership calls of Cluster 5 on ‘Climate, Energy and Mobility’.
The event focuses on the relevant calls of the Work Programme 2021-2022 for ‘Climate, Energy and Mobility’, aiming to nurturing a world-class European research and innovation eco-system on batteries along the value chain based on sustainable pathways, including also improvements of technological performance to increase, amongst others, application user attractiveness in terms of safety, cost, user convenience, fast charging and environmental footprint etc., while also in parallel supporting the creation of a competitive, circular, and sustainable European battery manufacturing value chain.
In the event we shall present the ‘big picture’ of the calls, providing insight to the context, vision, objectives and expected impacts for the Batteries Partnership. We shall offer a closer look to the implementation aspects and elaborate on all Batteries Partnership Calls for 2021 and 2022. We shall also offer the opportunity for sharing first-hand experiences from the participation of a Turkish company as Coordinator and as a partner in two relevant H2020 projects. The event will conclude with a round table discussion amongst the panellists offering the opportunity of an interactive session with questions received from the participants.
