This page is dedicated to the 7th IMS Training and Workshop on the Development of Collaborative proposals for Horizon Europe.
The event takes place on 12-13 May 2022 under the “Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II” Technical Assistance Project at Mercure Altunizade Hotel, Istanbul.
We have the honour to invite you to our 7th and final Information Multipliers Training dedicated to an overview of the IMS Training and Certification and a Co-Design workshop for the future of the Information Multiplier network.
IMS Training & Certification Wrapup
The event is targeting information multipliers that have gone through the certification process to achieve their specialization certificate on “Specialisation in Planning European Research Projects”.
The first day will be dedicated on a wrap-up and summarisation of the training and knowledge you have gained through our training and certification programme. All Information Multipliers that have participated in four IMS events delivered by Key Innovations and have passed the final test will be awarded an individual certificate on “Specialisation in Planning European Research Projects” issued by the Institute of Leadership and Management. All Information Multipliers that have submitted their assessment are eligible to attend.
Co-Design Workshop on next Information Multiplier System
The second day will focus on a very interactive co-design workshop that will try to explore the option for the future of the Information Multiplier System in Turkey and identify potential scenarios and strategies for its optimal implementation. The workshop is designed as a lab exercise based on foresight. The lab will start with a short introduction on foresight given the 1st day of the event and will take the whole of day 2.
Lab Title: “Co-design an efficient Information Multipliers network/system that will help and increase Turkish participant in HE”.
Lab Objectives
- Co-design a futureproof HE Information Multiplier System
- Capacity Building on Foresight as a key policy tool in European level – also a common aspect in many Horizon Europe calls
- Use strategic Foresight methods to produce strategy proposals for the design and operation of the Information Multiplier Network
Time Horizon
Every foresight lab exercise needs a time horizon. In our exercise we will use a 5 years horizon that coincides with the end of Horizon Europe and the beginning of the next framework programme in 2027.
Focal Question
- How will EU-Turkey research cooperation transform by 2027?
- What drivers will affect the Turkish participation in HE towards and beyond 2027?
A Focal Question provides the necessary guidance for our exercise restricting and defining the scope of our research.
