The event takes place on 11 October 2022 in İstanbul, Turkey under the “Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II” Technical Assistance Project.
We have the honour to announced that the eight and final General Info Day on Horizon Europe will take place, organised by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) under the “Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II” Technical Assistance Project which is co-financed by the EU and the Republic of Turkey and implemented by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology within the scope of Competitive Sectors Programme.
General Info Day is an introductory event targeting potential participants in the Horizon Europe framework programme with little or no experience, as well as more experienced researchers that are eager to comprehend the new Horizon Europe Framework Programme. The Info Day will provide prior knowledge on the EU research and innovation programme. The event will cover significant policy aspects of Horizon Europe: Strategic Plan & Work Programmes, as well as important practical approaches to participation: Calls for proposals, new Proposal Templates, and how to join EU research collaboration. Case studies will be also presented of success and failure stories.
The sessions are structured to guide attendees in grasping the fundamental concepts of the Horizon Europe Programme including its support documents so participants to benefit from the programme. The content is enriched with presentations, curated literature from the EU, and useful templates.
Please also be informed that the Info Day will be staged in English as it’s Programme’s Official language.
The event will be held at Point Hotel Barbaros in İstanbul on 11 October 2022, commencing with registration at 10:00 and ending at 17:00.
